Polish studio CD Projekt just announced the imminent release of its free-to-play augmented reality role-playing game The Witcher: Monster Slayer. Much like Pokémon Go, players will have to scour the real world in search of monsters.
Fans of the series The Witcher will now be able to play as a monster hunter in the real world.Projekt just announced the release of its next game The Witcher: Monster Slayer July 21. The title, which will work in , will be free and available on Android and iOS.
The Witcher: Monster Slayer is developed by Spokko, the mobile subsidiary of CD Projekt. The story is set long before other games in the series The Witcher. Thewill begin as a novice witcher at a time when this role is relatively new. The real world will be transformed into the fantasy continent and players will have to scour it in search of monsters to progress.

A sword as a gift for pre-registrations on Android
As Pokémon Go, monsters will appear based onof the player, and will be displayed on the smartphone screen, superimposed on the real world. The studio describes the title as a role-playing game, with “ storyline quests that propel you through epic adventures inspired by the series The Witcher, taking you to the heart of what it means to be an elite monster slayer ».
Users ofwill be able to pre-register in order to be able to start right out of the game. They will also receive a special sword which increases the experience points received by killing monsters by 10%.
