The scene takes place in Alaska and there, it is never hot. Yes, but now, at this time of year, most roads are frozen. So add fog and smoke to it and it’s hell.
The author of this video was driving cautiously on this icy road when new elements impossible to control came to add to the situation.
Indeed, while he is overtaking, the surrounding fog turns into thick smoke. What’s going on ? Well it’s quite simple, a few meters further two cars collided.
The clash between the two therefore created a gray smoke which bothered all the drivers behind them. And even worse, some almost got added to the pileup. This is the case of our motorist who can greatly thank his reflexes and especially his accident prevention system present on his brand new Toyota.
A hell of a mess
Fortunately for the author of this video, he therefore did not fall into this trap. But it really didn’t go far and neither did everyone.
Although most drivers braked in the face of this thick cloud of smoke, some were trapped by the black ice which gave them a superb launching pad to come and hit all the little people already gathered.
