We created our own connector, as there was no standard back then & Tesla was only maker of long range electric cars.
It’s one fairly slim connector for both low & high power charging.
That said, we’re making our Supercharger network open to other EVs later this year.

With more than 2,500 stations spread across the world totaling more than 25,000 Superchargers, the charging network ofis one of the densest. For brands , be able to offer access to Superchargers to their customers would represent a significant commercial advantage.
It remains to be seen what financial and practical conditionswill pose for this opening and if its own customers will benefit from preferential conditions.
