Nissan slightly reworked its Leaf electric sedan, with new body colors and rims, as well as a revised grille. It will be available from €34,400.

Launched in 2018, the second generation of the Nissan Leaf receives a few retouches for the 2022 model year. The manufacturer mainly offers its electric sedan new aesthetics, like the reworked grille and new rims.

The Nissan Leaf therefore receives two new pairs of rims, 16 and 17 inches, with a worked design that brings a touch of modernity and sportiness. same for me the grille, which abandons the chrome V for a complete block passed in lacquered black. The grille and rims receive the new Nissan logo, barely retouched in July 2020. New body colors are coming to the catalog, such as Sukumo Blue, named after Japanese indigo, or the brighter Magnetic Blue, which appeared on the new Qashqai in particular.

From €34,400

No other changes to report, either inside or on the mechanical part. The Leaf will always be offered with two battery options, 40 kWh or 62 kWh, combined with 150 or 217 hp electric motors depending on the version. This allows a range of up to 385 km on the WLTP cycle. On the recharging side, it is the CHADeMo system which is favored at Nissan. Rather rare on charging stations, this connection is therefore not the most practical for public charging.

The Leaf cru 2022, slightly reworked, will be available to order from March 1st. The full prices will be revealed a little later, but Nissan has already announced the base price: €34,400, excluding bonuses.
