On the occasion of the 90th edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the legendary race will return to a classic program similar to that of before the health crisis.
The 90th edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans returns to its usual schedule. Shifted for two years due to the health crisis in August and September, the legendary Endurance race is being reorganized around the weekend of June 10 to 12. This edition will mark the return of the public, with maximum capacity for the Le Mans circuit and throughout the weekend. There are also pitwalks for the most enthusiastic spectators, who can meet the pilots. As for the days of entertainment, support races will be organised, with Road to Le Mans, the Ligier European Series and the Porsche Sprint Challenge France. Here is the program of the event unveiled by theWestern Automobile Club :
- Friday June 3 and Saturday June 4 – Scrutineering downtown
- Sunday June 5 – Test day
- Tuesday, June 7 – Entertainment on the circuit and pitwalk for spectators
- Wednesday June 8 – Free Practice 1
- Thursday June 9 – Hyperpole
- Friday June 10 – Animations on the circuit
- Saturday June 11 – Start of the race
- Sunday June 12 – Arrival of the race
“The 24 Hours of Le Mans is finally back, after two editions strongly impacted by the health crisis their usual date in June and an intense program is preparing. The return of entertainment for the general public, including weigh-in in the city center, will make this 90th edition a unique moment, full of emotions for fans and teams.
