Autonomous driving or not, this exit from the garage went really badly.
However nothing seemed too difficult in this small residence in Georgetown, Texas. There was enough room to maneuver, but who knows how, this Tesla managed to hang up the pickup of its roommate.
It is also the latter who posted the video, captured thanks to a surveillance camera installed above the garage.
Not sure that seeing these images amused him at the time. but fortunately, the damage is not huge. It probably helped get her roommate’s silliness pill through.
Mistake or not?
Now a real question arises. Is this really Autopilot’s fault? Because yes, if our first hypothesis was logically on the autonomous driving system, the possibility that the driver is at fault cannot be ruled out.
