World leader in the delivery of meals and groceries at home, Uber Eats, offers three new features: ordering drinks or meals in stadium refreshments, ordering by voice with the Google Assistant and delivery with autonomous robots.

For now, it is only effective at Roazhon Park in Rennes and, since April 15, Stade Rennais supporters can book their “sausage cake” from the stands.
More concretely, it is possible to order in the refreshments of the stadium via l’application Uber Eats, and this avoids queuing at half-time or before the match. In the United States, baseball stadiums such as Angel Stadium in Los Angeles or Yankee Stadium in New York offer this function. Other enclosures, in Washington, San José and Houston, are also concerned.
The voice command
Another novelty, valid in France, the voice command since theassistant Google is now integrated into the app so customers can have their favorite meals or groceries delivered by voice. Just say “OK Google then name a restaurant and its dish, and the phone does the rest.
Finally, in Los Angeles, Uber Eats does not only deliver by bike or scooter since the brand has set up two autonomous delivery pilots. They are signed Serve Robotics and make contactless deliveries by traveling short distances and only on sidewalks. The next step will be self-driving electric cars, and their design is entrusted to Motional.
