Elon Musk is quite an eccentric person. The billionaire and CEO of Tesla named his first models to form the word SEXY, yes yes, then you can imagine that the next name will be given some thought.
You may not have known it, but the first 4 Tesla models each have a specific … for a specific purpose.
Model S, then Model 3, and Model X and finally Model Y, that forms the word S3XY.
Do you doubt it? It is Elon Musk himself who confirms this theory.

Okay, now let’s get down to business. A few days ago, a general meeting of the 100% electric firm was held. On this occasion, Elon Musk touched on one of Tesla’s future models, the one everyone has come to expect as Model 2.
Why this name? Well because the latter should be a more affordable and less elaborate version of the Model 3. Only here, the boss of Tesla and SpaceX does not like to be where we expect him. He therefore announced that the Model 2 would not be named Model 2! For the final name, we will have to wait a little longer. Even if some are already talking about a Model Q.
What to expect
At present, the entry-level model at Tesla is none other than the Model 3, accessible from € 37,800 including the ecological bonus in France.
In other words, it is not for everyone to drive a Tesla. For that, this famous model, whose name is still awaited, should be a more compact and less expensive car, which could be sold for around 25,000 euros.
Said model is expected for 2023, but some insiders point out that this could happen much sooner.
The elusive cheaper compact Model Whatever may come sooner than you think. The prototype is said to have been completed & most component suppliers have been lined up. Trial production has been planned for the end of 2021. pic.twitter.com/ZCRDfc58kf
