It is impossible to miss Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo, OnePlus or even Realme when it comes to smartphones. In just a few years, these Chinese brands have become key players in the market. All of them offer quality products at unbeatable prices. But who created the best smartphone in 2021?
To find out, we put different models to the test. You can check out our verdict below.

Save and take advantage of the latest deals and tips to buy at the best price.

Would you like to buy yourself a Chinese smartphone? If you haven’t made your choice yet, this guide / comparison can surely help you. We have listed a selection of Chinese brand smartphones that we consider to be better not only in terms of performance, but also in price. Photophone, 5G smartphone, best value for money… you will find something to suit you among the models presented in this ranking.

Oppo Find X3 Pro

Oppo’s Find X3 Pro has made a big splash in the premium smartphone market. Launched in March 2021, the device is positioned as a serious competitor even for the excellent Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. It is beautiful, powerful, versatile in photography and incorporates the very latest technologies that can be found on a smartphone.

The Oppo Find X3 Pro boasts a stunning 6.7-inch AMOLED QHD + display with an adaptive 120Hz display frequency. Under its hood, it embeds the latest Snapdragon 888 from the American founder Qualcomm, coupled with 12 GB of RAM. It is a powerful processor engraved in 5nm and compatible 5G. It also benefits from multiple improvements in terms of connectivity, artificial intelligence or even photography.

On this last point, the new flagship of Oppo is precisely more complete by offering a quadruple photo sensor of 50 + 50 + 13 + 3 Mpx with ultra wide-angle, telephoto and microscope. The selfie shutter is provided by a 32 Mpx camera.

Finally, and this is where the shoe pinches, the Oppo Find X3 Pro is equipped with a 4500 mAh battery. For a smartphone of its stature, we wouldn’t expect such a modest battery. Fortunately, the Chinese manufacturer was able to compensate for it with a 65 W SuperVOOC fast charge.

Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro

The Mi 10T Pro was unveiled by Xiaomi in September 2020. It joins the high-end category of the Chinese giant and unsurprisingly displays a solid technical sheet.
On display, the smartphone prides itself on having a 6.67-inch Full HD + LCD screen with a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The experience promises to be fluid and intense for gamers.

The Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro is also equipped with the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. The chip is 5G compatible. And here, it is supported by 8 GB of RAM.
On the photo side, the camera is sure to appeal to pros and amateurs of photography. Its triple photo sensor of 64 + 13 + 5 Mpx with ultra wide angle demonstrates great versatility. It will produce you very pretty pictures. And storage won’t be a problem since the phone offers up to 256GB of storage capacity.

Finally, the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro is powered by a 5000 mAh battery, compatible with 33 watt fast charging.

It is the best choice if you are looking for a Chinese premium smartphone under the 500 euros mark.

OnePlus 8 Pro

The former flagship of OnePlus remains one of the best current Chinese smartphones in the high-end segment. True to form, the BBK subsidiary has equipped it with cutting-edge technologies that are sure to appeal to technophiles. 6.78-inch QHD + AMOLED screen refreshed at 120 Hz, Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 5G SoC coupled with 8 or 12 GB of RAM, 4 photo sensors of 48 + 8 + 48 + 5 Mpx … the OnePlus 8 Pro is sufficiently equipped to ensure you an intense experience.

However, we regret the fact that the capacity of its battery is limited to 4510 mAh. Certainly, it is better than what the brand offered on the old versions of its flagship. But that’s not enough to compete with what the competition offers. Fortunately, OnePlus has thought of adding fast charging (30W) and wireless charging.

Realme X50 Pro

Realme’s top-of-the-range smartphone also has plenty to please. In addition to its neat finish, the X50 Pro can also boast of having a well-filled technical sheet: a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED screen with Full HD + definition and a refresh rate of 90 Hz, a Snapdragon 865 processor compatible with 5G, 6 at 12 GB of RAM …

Also focusing on versatility, the Realme X50 Pro integrates no less than four photo sensors on the back. They respectively offer a resolution of 64 Mpx, 8 Mpx, 12 Mpx, 2 Mpx and offer a rather satisfactory performance overall. The phone also offers up to 256 GB of internal memory to store a good amount of photos and videos.

Finally, the Realme X50 Pro suffers from the same weakness as the other two models mentioned above. The capacity of its battery is limited to 4200 mAh. However, it can make up for it by integrating a 65 W SuperDart fast charge. The battery will recover 100% of its capacity in just 35 minutes.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro

If you are looking for the Chinese smartphone of 2021 with the best quality / price ratio, here it is!

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro indeed presents incredible characteristics. Yet it remains quite accessible. The phone is currently selling under the 300 euros mark. And it’s a great investment if you want to find a smartphone that’s powerful, smooth, and offers an overall comfortable experience.

Among the strengths of the Redmi Note 10 Pro, we can mention in particular its 6.67-inch Super AMOLED screen refreshed at 120 Hz, its quadruple photo sensor of 108 + 8 + 5 + 2 Mpx with ultra wide-angle, its powerful processor Snapdragon 732G supported by 6 GB of RAM, its stereo speakers and its large 5020 mAh battery compatible with 33 W fast charging.

We regret the absence of 5G. But for this price, Xiaomi is very generous in terms of the technical sheet.
