On mountain roads, it is not uncommon to see solid lines in the middle of the road. And for good reason, overtaking is very dangerous there as these images prove!
Annoyed by the van in front of him, this motorist did not hesitate long before overtaking him. However, he went about it in the worst possible place and didn’t hesitate to cross a solid line for it.
But if there was only that… Oh no, he especially embarked on this overtaking maneuver at the entrance to a bend without any visibility. You are now used to it and therefore you can probably guess what happened.
Bingo ! The driver found himself in front of a car that tumbled into the opposite lane. Yes, if there was a continuous line, it was good because overtaking there was really not a good idea.

Luckily, the two cars managed to avoid each other without causing an accident. And the least we can say after watching the video is that it was really not a foregone conclusion.
Whatever, more fear than harm for everyone but let’s hope that this big scare serves as a lesson to this irresponsible driver. To double correctly you have to wait until all the conditions are met and there, it was clearly not the case.
