A few days ago, the Florida Highway Patrol released a video in which an American elected official is behaving in the worst possible way.
On June 19, Joe Mullins, Representative and Councilor in Flagler County, Floridawas checked by a member of the police at 150 km/h instead of 110 at the wheel of his Ferrari 458 Spider.
But rather than keeping a low profile and accepting the officer’s reprimands, the elected American wanted to roll mechanics. Sadly used to this kind of incidentthe driver of the Italian racing car was clearly not on his first speeding ticket.
And that, the policeman noticed it very quickly and did not fail to tell him : “Usually I give warnings. But it looks like it has already been the case for you.” The officer then made it clear to him that he would soon be fined for his behavior on the road.
A decision that did not please the driver who then tried to define the map of power by presenting his status to the policeman.
No free pass
But the politician’s insinuations and attempts at intimidation did not work on the policeman. No, the latter did not disassemble and made sure that the crazy driver received his fine of $ 265 at home.
Later in local media, the officer described the politician as: “Extremely condescending, belligerent, illogical and disrespectful”just that.
