However, such a measure is debatable. In effect, the 130 km/h limit does not prohibit driving at 110 km/h. It is therefore possible, for each motorist, to save money personally by driving at the speed he wishes (as long as it is neither too fast nor too slow).
And so much the better, because number of users already limit their speed to save money. According to an Ifop survey, 60% of our compatriots would be in favor of reducing their speed to 110 km/h on the motorway in a personal way. This is to save fuel. A situation that affects especially the most vulnerable.
