MG showed a first vision of its Cyberster electric roadster. The production version is approaching for this model.
At the end of 2021, MG announced that in parallel with its SUV and electric station wagon, a roadster would arrive in 2024. In June, the first sketches were shown, less extreme than the concept of the Shanghai Motor Show.
Now, the Chinese manufacturer has released a video showing the line of the coupe and the removal of its hard top. Indeed, this little roadster will be convertible, and we also discover other elements.
We see plunging lines on the hood and a trunk slightly raised at the rear by a small integrated spoiler. The light signatures are also revealed, with a representation of the Union Jack on the back.
MG’s aim with this Cyberster is obviously to pay homage to MG’s old English coupés. But in its design, some aspects will be more original than its lines.

Thus, we can see in the video a vision of the side openings, which suggest that it will be doors with scissor opening. We are now waiting for the presentation of the final model.
It should offer a 0 to 100 km / h in less than three seconds and a range of up to 800 kilometers. There is no doubt that it will be one of the most interesting electric sports cars of the coming years.
