The final of the WEC World Endurance Championship takes place on Saturday at the Sakhir circuit in Bahrain.
Toyota is already world champion. But which crew will be titled? This Saturday, the last round of the WEC will answer (among others) this question. The 8 hours from Bahrain Another 360-minute race followed on the same track last Saturday, replacing the 6 hours of Fuji. She will be to follow live (partial) on the L’Equipe channel, channel 21 on TNT and internet service providers.

- 3:55 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. – Update on the race (L’Equipe)

Challenges
With a fifteen point lead over the brother crew, the trio composed by Mike Conway, Kamui Kobayashi and José Maria Lopez is in a very favorable waiver position in view of this last round. This driver’s title would crown the exemplary season of the trio, which in particular overcame its usual bad luck at the 24 hours of Le Mans. For its part, the # 36 Alpine-Signatech crew is hoping to win their first victory of the season and defeat the Toyota GR010s.
In the other categories, it’s much tighter. Especially for the drivers’ trophy in LMP2. Five points separate the leading crew of the Belgian WRT team and the Blomqvist – Gelael – Vandoorne trio. The Jota team will eventually be able to give instructions to its second car, driven in particular by the future retiree Anthony Davidson.
In GTE Pro, it is even more open. The Ferrari AF Corse by James Calado and Alessandro Pier Guidi is just one point ahead of the Porsche “factory” of Kevin Estre and Neel Jani. Last week, the 911 RSRs performed a demonstration on the desert route. Sports authorities have since rebalanced the balance of performance for this last round.
