The city of Kitsap County, Washington, already experiencing its first snowfall. Its location, in the north of the United States, justifies this and inevitably, the inhabitants are accustomed to this kind of climatic conditions.
However, a few days ago, the local police arrested a motorist in full violation. Indeed, the latter was driving with a huge layer of snow on the windshield. Don’t worry, he had pulled back a few centimeters in the left corner to see the road, but obviously that didn’t convince the police, we can understand them.
#KitsapCounty: A trooper stopped this driver on SR 16 after the vehicle was observed to be completely covered in snow. The driver received a $553 ticket for negligent driving in the 2nd degree.

Faced with the officer in charge of his control, the driver did not find a good excuse. His only argument was that his windshield wipers had failed.
A broom or even the back of the hand would have been enough to remove this layer of snow, but no, sir preferred to leave it in the middle of his windshield out of sheer laziness.
Results, law enforcement fined him $553 (€527) for negligent driving. It’s expensive the crisis of “acute flemitis” …
