The popular Brussels Motor Show returns after two years of cancellation. It will be held from January 14 to 22. Discover our guide to the 100th edition of the show.
After two editions canceled due to Covid-19, the Brussels Motor Show returns in early 2023! The Belgian event will be held from January 14 to 22 at Brussels Expo, the exhibition center of the capital of Flanders. To help you find your way around, discover our guide to the show now.
For its hundredth edition, the event is back even stronger with a packed program and new entertainment. If most European shows are losing momentum and see manufacturers and visitors deserting like Paris or Geneva, the Brussels show is going the opposite way by announcing more than 50 exhibitors including the biggest car brands: Audi, BMW, Toyota , Citroën, Peugeot, Volkswagen, Renault, Nissan… The luxury brands (Aston Martin, Jaguar, Lotus, McLaren, Mercedes) are gathered on “The Avenue”, a part of Palais 6 made up of podiums. For the moment, only a few manufacturers like Volvo or Ferrari seem to pass their turn.
The event is held over nine days, in addition to the day dedicated to the press from January 13. It should bring together nearly 500,000 visitors like previous editions according to FEBIAC, the organizer of the event. This is more than the last Paris Motor Show, which brought together nearly 400,000 people in seven days. The hours are as follows: from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from January 14 to 22, except Monday January 16 and Friday January 20, when night openings will take place until 10 p.m.
More accessible pre-sale places
The show organizer is already offering book your ticket in advance to take advantage of favorable rates. Thus, the presale price until January 13 is €12.50 for adults (compared to €15 from January 14 or on site) or €7.50 for children aged 6 to 15 (€10 to from January 14 and on site). Parking costs €10. Note that access to a preview evening between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. is offered on January 13, for €60 (parking included).
In terms of entertainment, the Brussels show is full. It will be an opportunity for the public to discover a few models in preview, such as the Citroën Oli concept, the Audi Q8 e-tron, the Opel Astra Electric and others. The show is taking advantage of the transformation of the 2023 Geneva Motor Show into an event in Qatar to recover the election of the Car of the Year. There should also be festivities in connection with the centenary of the show such as an exhibition on Formula 1.
