On the night of January 10 to 11, the police of Fécamp (Seine-Maritime) came across a nugget. Completely drunk, a motorist had fun taking selfies while driving.
In full night patrol, around 0:30 a.m., the police of Fécamp notice a car with strange behavior. The latter circulates in the middle of the roadway and multiplies the gaps.
