Following an offence, Michel Sardou had to pass a course to recover points on his driving licence. Which he didn’t like at all.
Obey speed limits? Very little for Michel Sardou. The singer indeed revealed that he had had to pass a point recovery course. This after being caught at 166 km / h on a highway, while overtaking someone. Asked about BFM TVhe took the opportunity to detail all the good he thinks of these rules and these courses:
“I had to go to school, to listen to bullshit (sic) told by two teachers of I don’t know what, to recover points. I have to, I had no more points (…) It’s useless. »
“I had a fear, it is that they ask us about the driving license. Because since the time that I spent, there may be things that I forgot. But not at all. They talk to us about philosophy, it’s crap, it’s useless. It’s the state that takes money and punishes you. It’s a punishment! »
Michel Sardou does not want to return to the points recovery course
Still, even if the singer didn’t like it, this internship at least has the merit of making him think about his behavior. But only because he doesn’t want to go backas he also explained right after:
“I’m careful. I don’t want to go back there (…) You take an ordinary car, at best it goes at 150 km/h. But when you take a car like mine (Porsche 911 Carrera S), it goes much faster. »
Remember that the points recovery courses are voluntary or compulsory and payable by the driver. They allow to get points on your driving licenseof course, but also to avoid legal action.
