No, no car is around and yet, a wheel launched at full speed lands without any control. Obviously, the tire has come off its original car and it comes very close to knocking down the pedestrian.
To tell the truth, the route of this wheel left to itself is totally improbable. She slips between the car and the woman standing next to it. Miraculously, she doesn’t hit either of them and yet, it didn’t play out much.

Without them having time to understand what just happened, the two women come out of this incident unscathed. A second and a few centimeters away, things would have been very different.
