Before buying this Volkswagen Polo, this Brazilian motorist wanted to challenge it with emergency braking. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned.
On newer cars, the emergency braking system is used to assist motorists and limit the number of road accidents.
Of course, these systems are not always 100% reliable and a Brazilian driver experimented with it during an ordinary test drive with friends.
For this, he asked one of his friends to drive in front of him and brake suddenly. Thus, the goal is to observe the behavior of the Polo in this kind of situation.
The first brake stroke is effective and as can be seen on the dashboard, the emergency braking system does its job. However, a few seconds later, the result turned out to be much less conclusive.
Visibly, the driver of this Polo should not have relied entirely on emergency braking. On the second try, he crashed into the car in front of him.
The shock is not violent, but it is enough to damage both cars at the same time. It was the seller who must have been delighted…
