Last Thursday, March 2, the Val d’Oise gendarmes intercepted an unusual vehicle on the highway on the A15 highway.
Totally lunar scene this Thursday, March 2, at the entrance to the A15, near Cergy. The gendarmes were alerted to the presence of an electric wheelchair on the road. Bad joke or real scare, law enforcement rushed to the scene to find out.
They then saw a physically handicapped man ready to enter the highway aboard his electric wheelchair.
Very quickly, the man was placed in safety and his explanation did not fail to amuse the gendarmes. Indeed, he justified himself by evoking an error in his GPS. If this is the case, the latter does not want him only well…
All’s well That ends well
“Informed of the risks and the danger, he was taken care of by a team of the National Police, territorially competent on this axis” have written the gendarmes on their Facebook page.
So everything ended well for this man who was a bit lost and above all, lucky to have been caught by the gendarmes before entering the highway with his wheelchair.
