265 horsepower and an efficient 100% electric mode
Choosing a plug-in hybrid SUV like the Tucson Plug-in Hybrid HTRAC provides a relevant compromise. Its engine is composed of the 1.6 T-GDi engine with a power of 180 horsepower (hp). It is coupled to a 91 hp electric motor. The powertrain develops a cumulative power of 265 hp and a maximum torque of 350 Nm. This engine offers great performance for this family SUV. The 0 to 100 km/h is achieved in just 8.2 seconds.

The set of finishes of the Hyundai Tucson Plug-in Hybrid includes seven airbags, automatic ignition of lights, intelligent speed limiter and cruise control. The eCall emergency call function and the 10.25″ digital instrument panel are also standard on all models. The infotainment system consists of an 8″ touchscreen and six speakers.
