It's confirmed for the first time: 6 hypersonic missiles were fired at Ukraine

Last night Russia attacked Ukraine in Kyiv, Lviv, Karhkiv and other important cities with a salvo of 81 missilesmissiles et 8 dronesdrones Shahed-136. This is the first time that Russian forces have employed a wide range of missiles with X-101s, X-555s, Kalibrs, modified S-300s and finally at least six missiles hypersoniquesmissiles hypersoniques Kinzhal. Of these 81 missiles, 34 missiles were shot down by air defenses, when eight missed their target. Half of the drones were destroyed. During this massive strike, the Ukrainian air defenses failed to neutralize the famous Kinzhal hypersonic missiles whose characteristics Futura has already mentioned. This type of missile can be intercepted shortly after firing, but when approaching a target, its maneuverability combined with its velocity makes it almost impossible for defense systems to destroy it.

The use of these missiles has been confirmed by the Kremlin, which justifies this strike in response to the acts of “terrorism” carried out at the beginning of the month in the Briansk region, in Russia. The use of six of these hypersonic missiles simultaneously remains a first in this conflict. These weapons certainly hit their targets, which were critical civilian infrastructure. There are civilians killed and injured.
