For the price of a small new city car you can have fun with a used sports car, still valiant. Focus on the eighth model in our selection with the Nissan Juke DIG-T 190 & Nismo urban crossovers available on the second-hand market from €11,000.
After inventing the very concept of the crossover with the Qashqai, Nissan initiated that of the “trendy” urban crossover with this first generation of Juke. Restyled twice (in 2014 and 2018), this little batrachian-looking machine immediately won over a mainly female clientele who, in addition to its design, appreciated its compactness (4.14 m), its maneuverability and its dominant driving position. .
Very rare in the category, these sports versions are powered by the same 1.6-litre turbo as the Renault Clio IV RS, which here develops 190 hp on the DIG-T 190, 200 hp on the Nismo, and even 214 or 218 hp on the Nismo RS. Needless to say that the performances – worthy of those of a small sports car – make a considerable leap compared to the “general public” versions!
Remains a behavior that is not really sporty, with a firm damping but lacking in rigor, which becomes more effective on the versions with All-Mode all-wheel drive, systematically associated with the continuously variable automatic transmission and M-CVT 7 sequential control reports.
Reliability rating: 4 stars
