The circuit has suffered in particular removal of the baffle located upstream of the hairpin in its northern part. Likewise, the very tight complex located after the second DRS zone has been replaced by a long curve to the left at 200 ° and changing radius. Finally, the last four bends – including the section passing under the W hotel – have been opened in order to increase passage speeds.
