If some just laughed at the actions of these servicemen, others were outraged by such images. Indeed, this Sunday, Internet users rose up in front of the video of soldiers in the middle of a drifts session in a vacant lot in Calais.
If the scene is already questionable, the fact that it takes place next to a refugee camp adds a more than questionable aspect to it all. Land Force immediately reacted to these images by qualifying them “inadmissible”But also that the driver of the vehicle had engaged in “Totally inappropriate behavior and dangerous maneuvers”.
Therefore, a “Command investigation” was launched on the spot. The staff concluded by explaining that: “The appropriate sanctions will be decided according to the responsibilities that will be established”.
