Last Sunday, Formula 1 made its return to class in Zandvoort, as part of the Dutch Grand Prix. In front of his home crowd, Max Verstappen won his 9th consecutive victory, equaling the record in this area set by Sebastian Vettel in 2013. A week later, the Dutchman already has the opportunity to beat this benchmark since the discipline continues with a trip to Monza, to the famous “Temple of Speed”.
The Italian Grand Prix is the last European event of the season. Then, it will be necessary to juggle with different time differences for the next 8 GPs (Singapore, Japan, Qatar, United States, Mexico, Brazil, Las Vegas and Abu Dhabi). Following the traditional European format, the transalpine round is credited with free practice sessions at 1.30 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Friday, then 12.30 p.m. for that on Saturday. Qualifying should start at 4 p.m. (and not 3 p.m. as in Zandvoort, which was an exception), while the start of the race on Sunday is scheduled for 3 p.m. The sessions of the first two days are broadcast on Canal+Sport, while Canal+ takes over for the retransmission of the Sunday Grand Prix.
