The ë-C4 is back with a new special ë-Series. Or rather the C4, since it concerns the two bodies and the two electric motors.
From the start of the school year, Citroën salespeople will have homework. They will have to learn the new range of the manufacturer, which has decided to simplify the offer of its models. There will only be three finishes: You, Plus and Max. Some vehicles will also benefit from a new special series, called ë-Series. As its name suggests, it concerns Citroën’s electrified models, starting with the C4 (the compact hatchback and the trunk sedan).
This version bets on a chic look. The two-tone silhouette with a black roof is standard. This is also the first time that the C4 X has benefited from this aesthetic effect, which creates continuity between the windscreen and the glazing. On the 5-door, the uprights are also painted black. Both models receive black mirror caps. The 18-inch rims also go full black. The “official” color is pearly white (but other colors are available). To complete this exterior outfit, the decorative inserts in the bumper and the Airbumps are in dark chrome.
On board, the ë-Series stands out with a unique light atmosphere, with, for example, white inserts and predominantly light gray seats. They can be dressed in Alcantara (seat, backrest, side reinforcements), a small top-of-the-range touch. The Alcantara here consists of 68% recycled fibers (on the outer side).

For the C4s, the special series is based on the intermediate Plus level, with enhanced features including hands-free entry/starting and the new “My Citroën Drive Plus” infotainment system. The two technical configurations are on the program. In addition to the 136 hp engine and the 50 kWh battery, there is the new 156 hp block associated with a 54 kWh battery. With it, the autonomy increases from 360 to 420 km.
Orders will be open from September 4, from €44,000 in ë-C4 and €44,700 in ë-C4 X.
