During the Rugby World Cup, charging at TotalEnergies stations near the stadiums will be free on match days.
Rugby fans are in turmoil. Friday, September 8 will be the kick-off of the World Cup, organized in France. And this news will also delight drivers of an electric vehicle.
Sponsor of the event, the company TotalEnergies has decided to make a nice gift: free charging on match days. 15 stations, on the outskirts of the stadiums hosting the matches, have been selected to offer you this offer.
Be careful though, the gift is limited. The recharge will not be offered for the duration of the competition, which runs until the end of October, but on match days stadium by stadium.
Total explains that “the free electric charging service will take effect in the station(s) near the stadium on the day a match takes place between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. through an on-site host who performs the act of payment for the customer “. The recharge time will be limited to 40 minutes, with one pass per day.
The detailed list of stations and days can be found on Total’s website.
