Zapping Sports Auto Moto 2023 F1 Season Calendar
Although it is currently registered under the San Marino Grand Prix label, the Misano circuit is well located on Italian territory, and not within the small republic. Indeed, Misano Adriatico is a municipality in the province of Rimini in the Emilia-Romagna region. This route is renowned for the fervor of the fans, in particular those of Valentino Rossi, who continue to make the trip to encourage his successors, including Francesco Bagnaia, leader of the championship (awaiting the medical green light this Thursday after his fall in Barcelona) , and Marco Bezzecchi, 3rd overall and Team VR46 driver.
Like the Catalan Grand Prix, the San Marino Grand Prix follows the usual format of a European event. Namely test sessions at 10.45 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Friday, then at 10.10 a.m. the next day. Saturday’s qualifying and sprint race are scheduled for 10:50 a.m. and 3 p.m. respectively, while Sunday’s race is scheduled to start at 2 p.m. The San Marino Grand Prix is featured on Canal+.
