XPeng will continue to expand its global distribution network. The electric car manufacturer will soon land on the French market.
The Chinese firm XPeng is on all fronts and wants to continue its development on a global scale. While the manufacturer is preparing an electric minivan, the X9, it is also working on the launch of an affordable brand.
But in parallel with all these activities, XPeng is preparing above all the expansion of its distribution network. Brian Gu, its CEO, announced the brand’s new markets at the IAA Mobility in Munich.
XPeng will arrive in France, Germany and Great Britain next year. He also indicated which models we will see arriving in our countries in 2024.
These will be the G9 SUV, the P7 sedan, and the brand’s newest model, the G6. This model is displayed at an equivalent of 28,500 euros in China, where the Tesla Model Y that it wants to compete with starts at an amount equivalent to 33,000 euros.
XPeng is therefore accelerating its development on a global scale, after a partnership with Volkswagen. Its deployment in three new markets should help it make a name for itself in the electric car market.
