SCOOP: here is the future urban SUV from Alfa Romeo

At the origin of this monumental leak, the Spanish forum Cochespies specializing in automotive scoops of all kinds. According to the blog italpassion.fr who relayed this exclusivity in France, a graphic designer working on this project, within the Milanese manufacturer, would have distributed these first photos which reveal the final lines of Trèfle’s very first city SUV.

A new era for Alfa Romeo

These images appear to come from the infotainment system that the person concerned will soon adopt, since we observe on several shots the silhouette of the vehicle in the middle of the digital meters, from 3/4 front, in profile and full rear. Views rich in style details, starting with the new stylistic language of the front, instilled by designer Alejandro Mesonero-Romanos, ex-conductor of the Seat/Cupra style. It is difficult at the moment to gauge the size of the machine which is based on the Stellantis platform accommodating both the Jeep Avenger (4.08 m long) and the Peugeot 2008 (4.30 m). But its premium status should probably put its size towards the top of the basket.

The first 100% electric Alfa

In its guts, the one who could respond to the name Alfa Romeo Junior would initially rely on the 100% electric propulsion of its cousins, namely a 156 hp unit associated with a 54 kWh battery capable of travel more than 400 km on a single charge. Subsequently, it should also accommodate a 48 V mild hybridization of 136 hp.
