While his door was still open, this motorist began to reverse his pickup. However, the gentleman lost his balance while reversing.
He then fell out of his seat and came close to being run over by his own car. Luckily, the motorist in distress managed to hold on to his door in order to keep up with the pace of his pick-up left to its own devices in reverse.
A completely improbable scene which, fortunately, ended well for everyone.
More fear than harm
After a few moments of panic, the driver came to his senses. He therefore had the reflex to put his foot on the brake in order to stop the pick-up and prevent it from gaining speed without him.
We always wonder how the driver managed to fall like that. Fortunately, not all reversing happens like this. The opposite would be really very annoying…
