When he was flashed by the police, the young driver was speeding. Caught at 81 km/h on an axis limited to 50, the young man was unable to contest.

However, the gentleman should not have found himself in such a situation. And for good reason, he was traveling in an unlicensed cart normally limited to 45 km/h.

The limitation to 50 should therefore not have worried him. However, the 21-year-old driver quickly admitted his faults and in particular the fact that his engine had been tampered with.

Following this rather unusual speeding violation, the young man was fined and his car, which looked slightly like a Range Rover, was immobilized.
