Moto Guzzi fans were treated to a nice surprise during the brand’s 2023 Open House, with the unexpected reveal of the V7 Stone Corsa. This revisited version of the famous V7 makes a clear nod to the glorious era of racing, recalling in particular the V7 Racer which left its mark a few years ago.
The Moto Guzzi V7, an icon of Italian motorcycling for almost seven decades, continues to reinvent itself while preserving its unique character and inimitable characteristics. The V7 Stone Corsa, the latest interpretation of this legendary motorcycle, was unveiled at Mandello during the 2023 Open House in front of thousands of enthusiastic fans.
Moto Guzzi, the other racing culture
The V7 Stone Corsa makes a bold return to the roots of motorcycling sport. From the first glance, its lines evoke the excitement of yesteryear’s racing, with a beautiful fork crown fairing and a single-seater saddle. These elements evoke the glamor of the classic racing era and revive the passion that has driven the brand since 2019 in the Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance, a trophy dedicated to the brand that allows many riders to compete on the track at handlebars of their own V7, thus revealing the unexpected qualities of this machine in competition.
The V7 Stone Corsa is distinguished by its all-new two-tone livery, a vibrant tribute to the golden age of motorcycle racing. The metallic gray color is accented by a red stripe that runs vertically along the upper fairing, then continues onto the lower portion of the fuel tank and side panels. For those looking for a true single-seater saddle with sporty styling, a matching hard seat cowl is available as an accessory.
Italian elegance
The equipment of the V7 Stone Corsa includes “bar end” mirrors which add a touch of dynamic elegance to the whole, as well as a black anodized aluminum fuel cap. In the interest of minimalism, a distinctive feature of all versions of the V7, the front fork does not have gaiters, and a plaque on the handlebar bridges identifies this special edition.
The new Moto Guzzi V7 Stone Corsa will be available from October at Moto Guzzi dealerships, priced at €10,199 (start-up costs and registration not included). An exciting opportunity for two-wheel enthusiasts to acquire this unique piece which combines tradition and racing spirit.
But the surprises do not stop there. The Moto Guzzi V7 Stone was also in the spotlight at Open House 2023, with a new color, Verde Camo, adding to existing options including Rosso Rovente, Grigio Alluminio, Giallo Metallico and Nero Ruvido.
