News and scoops of the week
New Alfa Romeo SUV
Bad luck for Alfa Romeo, the silhouette of its next model has just leaked online. A priori, there is not much hesitation to be had, these would indeed be the definitive lines of this SUV that everyone calls Brennero but which will take a completely different name, according to what we have learned from of the brand. What we can also already tell you is that this close cousin of the Jeep Avenger and Fiat 600e will share the engines of the latter with, your choice, a zero-emission unit or a hybrid package.
We discovered the restyled version of the most famous adventurer at the beginning of the year. What we didn’t yet know was whether the European variant was going to be different. Style-wise, not really. On the other hand, as far as engines are concerned, there will be a major novelty with the return of thermal power. But, there is a but…
It is undoubtedly the novelty of the week and perhaps even quite simply THE novelty of the year 2023, the 3008 has just had a facelift. There are many changes, starting with its look since the 3008 has opted for an SUV-coupe silhouette. There are other surprises.
Illustration of the future Peugeot 5008
Now that we have discovered the new 3008, what could be easier for our illustrator to imagine what its long 5008 variant expected at the beginning of next year could look like.
Concept ID.7 GTX
There’s something to get lost in at VW. Yes, the GTI logo may well qualify zero-emission models in the more or less near future, but that does not mean that the GTX acronym used until then on the most turbulent ID.4 and ID.5 will be abandoned. It will be used on the largest sporty electric models with all-wheel drive, such as the production version of the ID.7 GTX which should be less spectacular than this concept presented in Switzerland.
We suspected it a little. With the Munich Motor Show having closed its doors last Sunday, automotive news was a little quieter in recent days. Which doesn’t mean nothing happened. Let’s see this together in pictures!
Major new features
Already, as planned, Peugeot has finally lifted the veil on its third generation of 3008, its flagship SUV. Given the success of the two previous versions, particularly the last one, this is of course a small event in the PAF (the French automotive landscape).
Another important novelty that we were able to discover, even if it was not intended, is the next Alfa Romeo novelty, the one which could – even more than the Tonale – allow it to return to success . This is a small SUV that will replace both the MiTo and Giulietta which have disappeared for some time. Good discovery !
