Fisker opens orders for the base version of its Ocean SUV. If the price has increased, so has the autonomy.
The Fisker Ocean is struggling to take off, with less than 5,000 units produced during the third quarter of 2023. The brand remains hopeful, hoping in particular that sales will improve with the opening of orders for the Sport access version, offered at an attractive price.
This has, however, been revised upwards. While the model was initially announced at €41,900, the Sport now costs €43,990 excluding bonuses. The price now includes transport and on-road costs. In addition, to make things easier, Fisker can highlight increased autonomy. The manufacturer had estimated this autonomy at 440 km. The vehicle has finally passed the protocol according to the WLTP standard, and in the combined cycle it is officially announced at 464 km.

This is a good value for a large SUV at this price, especially since the machine receives 20-inch wheels as standard, equipment which greatly impacts autonomy. The Ocean Sport thus does better than the Tesla Model Y Propulsion, priced at €45,990 and approved for a range of 455 km with 19-inch rims and 430 km with 20-inch rims.
