Zapping Two Wheels Auto Moto Ducati Scrambler 800 Next-Gen test: the new generation takes power
The bikers don’t take off. Against the technical inspection of motorcycles, they are organizing a new demonstration in France, this February 24. The latter will take place from Damazan (Lot-et-Garonne) and Valence d’Agen (Tarn-et-Garonne).
The two processions will leave these cities at 2 p.m. Bikers coming from the west and southwest of the department are invited to Damazan. Those coming from the east, north-east and south-east of the department are invited to meet in Valence d’Agen.
The two convoys of demonstrators will head towards the town of Agen. They will meet between 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on the city prefecture square, for a rally.
Bikers increase demonstrations against technical inspection of motorcycles
This new demonstration is at the initiative of the French Federation of Angry Bikers (FFMC). More precisely from the Lot-et-Garonne regional branch of this federation.
This is a new event in 2024. FFMC bikers have already organized several at the start of the year. Disguised as milk cows, they first met in Périgueux (Dordogne) on January 7 to denounce the CT2RM. On January 27, they also met in Charleville-Mézières (Ardennes).
Each time, nearly 400 bikers were present. It is therefore likely that the demonstration on February 24 will also bring together several hundred machines. And this will undoubtedly not be the last demonstration of its kind, before the implementation of this measure in April.
