Rumors about the arrival of a sports version of the DBX have been running for a few months now, and several camouflaged prototypes have been seen on the Nürburgring in particular. We discovered a slightly modified DBX, with new, more aggressive bumpers and more generous tailpipes. Aston Martin therefore confirms the arrival of an angry DBX, which could therefore ship more than 700 hp…
The V12 of the DBS Superleggera?
The firm of Gaydon does not give many details, except that it would be “the most powerful luxury SUV in the world”, just that! The classic DBX, equipped with a V8 4.0 biturbo of Mercedes-AMG origin, already claims 550 hp and 700 Nm of torque. In China, it recently offered a six-cylinder 3.0 micro-hybrid variant offering 441 hp. This third variant, potentially baptized DBX S, could appeal to a reworked version of the V8, or to the V12 house of the DBS Superleggera. This one developing the trifle of 725 hp! Something to scare the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Bentley Bentayga Speed or even Lamborghini Urus.
