The World Rally Championship starts this weekend in Monte-Carlo. Find out who are the favorites for the title in 2022…
This year, the world rally champion will not be called Sébastien. Since 2004, the French Sébastien Loeb then Sébastien Ogier have dominated the WRC. In 18 seasons, only Ott Tänak, in 2019, managed to steal the world crown from them at the wheel of his Toyota Yaris.

However, the two French will not participate in all the rounds this year. Five drivers therefore seem to us to be favorites for the 2022 title. In our video, we assess the chances of Elfyn Evans, Thierry Neuville, Ott Tänak, Kalle Rovanperä and Craig Breen.
