Auction house Bonhams is offering this well-traveled green Porsche 911 for sale. Its only owner has driven more than 333,000 km with it, and it is still immaculate.
More than 8 times around the Earth. This is the number of kilometers displayed on the counter of this English green Porsche 911 available in the auction catalog of Bonhams. The English specialist has accustomed us to very low mileage and extremely rare copies, but it’s this time a “daily” accustomed to long journeys that he offers us.
This Porsche 911 (type 991.2), in Turbo S version, was purchased new in the Netherlands for €160,000. In British Racing Green color combined with a Dark Burgundy red interior, it has several options including a sunroof or sports seats. The owner also raised the suspension a few mm to make it more comfortable on long journeys.
More than 55,000 km per year
Indeed, when buying the vehicle, the man must have known that he was going to use his 911 on all types of journeys, regardless of the distance. Thus, while many 911s remain in the garage to be well preserved, this example has achieved more than 333,000 km since 2016, i.e. more than 55,000 km per year. Far from the annual average of 13,000 km in France… And this does not mean that the example of the day is a wreck, on the contrary! Very well maintained, the 911 has benefited from regular maintenance (including an overhaul of €7,000 in 2021) and has all the invoices. The seats are not even damaged, and have a very slight patina in some places.
This 911, which must be the most recent Turbo S in the world, will be offered for sale during the Parisian event The Great Brands of the World on February 3 at the Grand Palais Éphémère. The copy is estimated between 60,000 and 80,000 €.
