In constant search for innovation adapted to the needs of its customers, DAF Conseil is developing a set of services and training for independent repairers and other automotive professionals who must adapt to technical developments.
Support for the self-employed in the face of innovations
The massive arrival of electronics in vehicles and diagnostic cases necessitates training mechanics in these innovations. The multi-brand repairers in particular, do not benefit from the support of manufacturers, such as automotive dealers in dealerships. DAF Conseil, an anagram of Diagnostic Assistance Training, therefore provides invaluable assistance to independent and multi-brand repairers, for the assimilation and anticipation of developments in automotive after-sales. Since its creation in 2006, the company has been aiming for the autonomy of these repairers, and their ability to maintain all vehicles available on the market.
Technical assistance and training
DAF Conseil’s first lever is technical telephone assistance. A hotline with high-level automotive technicians has been set up to answer all questions from multi-brand repairers, and help them solve all breakdowns. Various automotive training courses were then developed, initially to train mechanics in electronic diagnostics. DAF Conseil also offers training on all new technologies, technical parts related to pollution control, electric and hybrid engines in order to obtain the authorization to work on these vehicles, to driving assistance assistants (ADAS ) or to the PASSTHRU, to update the calculators.
National outreach service
For greater proximity with repairers, DAF Conseil trainers work throughout France, as close as possible to each garage. All trainers and hotliners from DAF Consulting are themselves from the workshops, which greatly facilitates discussions. Everyone speaks the same language. A service that goes far beyond the technical aspect. DAF Conseil is a human company, in which and with which it is pleasant to work.
Two new DAF Conseil hotlines will soon be open. One specialized PASSTHRU and the other for driving assistance assistants (ADAS), always with the advice of expert technicians.
